Robyn Rihanna Fenty, also known as Rihanna is a Barbadian artist and singer. She has released songs like Pon de Replay SOS Umbrella and Take a Bow. She's an extremely popular performer who has sold over 41 million albums across the globe and more than 150 million songs. Her parents were native to Barbados and she began singing when she was a teenager. She was disturbed by the squabbles in the home and in constant conflict within her family. Thus, she started to immerse herself into music. She joined a band while still in high school and had the opportunity to perform with producer Evan Rodgers who was highly amazed at the talents of the young lady. She moved into New York so that she was able to pursue a full-time singing career. Rihanna's debut album soon became a hit and she was acknowledged as a star in the music industry.
