Noureen Dwulf was created on the 28th day of February, 1984 at New York City. The desire to be an actor has never stopped. The path to her career started when she attended an acting class at School of the Arts at Boston University. Following graduation, Noureen started to audition for various roles. She was offered a lead role in 2005's West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at Sundance Film Festival, but it was also shown at various festivals around the globe. The film also took home an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards which helped her career. Noureen was a part of a variety of TV series, including Girlfriends Num3rs Chuck or Outsourced. The film she starred in was Ghost World (2001), the critically acclaimed film that earned her an award of a Golden Globe.
