Noureen was born in New York City on 28 February 1984. The desire to be an actor has never stopped. She started building the foundations of her profession when she attended Boston University's School of the Arts. The career of Noureen began shortly when she finished her degree. Then she began auditioning for roles in various films. She gained a leading role in 2005's West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and was screened across all over the world. Additionally, it was awarded an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film during the 2007 79th Academy Awards and paved the way to Noureen DeWulf's future successes.
