Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows and all in between. It was 1990 that my family moved to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. As I knew I could have a brighter future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. My mind knew what the plan was for life. Go to college and get a degree. Wed. Purchase a home. Create children. While I believed this was the standard for success, life had different goals. The money and the status of my work did not make me happy. I was convinced that I wasted my life for an income. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I began to discover the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being around people and helping those around me. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the fashion industry. Within the field of coaching, I want to make a difference by providing quality training to aid others to become more healthy and happy. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their desires and accomplish all they wish to do in their life. As my professional career took flight I also lost my mom. It was the most devastating of them everything. After battling for eight years with the disease, she is at peace in Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts and my heart. The universe has a way with giving us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I believe my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance for me to have my second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. The thing I'm feeling now in my 30s is a feeling of aliveness and awareness. It feels like I am truly living, rather than just surviving. My experiences are shared with me so that I may share with you my experiences and thoughts. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the best wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets as death is the sole thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
